‘exSELLence’ – a highly engaging digital simulation will provide a powerful roadmap for a successful, buyer-focused dialogue.

Today’s buyers are savvy, but they need sales professionals to help them diagnose their needs and identify solutions that meet their personalized needs. The Consultative Selling Framework explored in the program gives sales and service professionals a consistent, repeatable process to more effectively execute their sales conversations.

This is a unique simulation that is 100% flexible, 100% adaptable and 100% customizable to perfectly align with client business. In the game play, teams will work on a client case and explore best engagement strategies and techniques for 6 stages of customer focused selling:

Prospecting & Building rapport
Present solutions
Objection handling
Cross and Up sell and follow up

This simulation will help individuals reflect on their own sales & service styles, understand personality styles, motivators and gain insights on how that awareness can be leveraged to enhance performance and above all deliver superior experiences for customers

Management Consultant

Abbas is a talented management consultant with vast knowledge and experience of domestic and International markets. He has worked with a number of leading banks and multinational companies in senior positions. He is presently Managing Director at Strategic Business Consulting Group, UAE. Previously he has worked with Barclays Bank UAE, Standard Chartered Bank, Lakson Group of Companies, Mashreq Bank and DHL. His specialized areas of expertise are Sales and Service management & Customer Experience. Abbas has successfully executed various training & consulting projects in 10 different countries engaged with 50+ banks and multinational organisations and trained over 50,000 people in the last 9 years.
