Sindh Labor Laws and Updates
Sindh assembly has promulgated the labor laws applicable on the companies operating in Sindh. There are significant changes in the previous labor laws, therefore, it is important for the companies to understand and get updated specially with regards to the latest legal position of contract / outsourced employee in view of Supreme Court judgments & amendments.

He has served the industry in the HR field at C-level positions at leading multinational companies in Pakistan and abroad. Dr. Kazi is a specialist in labor management relations, collective bargaining, contract labor and its legal implication. As a consultant & trainer he has reviewed the contract / outsourced labor management system at Sate Bank of Pakistan and delivered customized training at Karachi and Islamabad for SBP, BCP and NIBAF besides helping other corporate professionals and organizations. As a researcher, academician and trainer, he has been associated with IBA Karachi and CBM besides providing consultancy services to the Industry.
